[Rather, the Doctor had noticed that some of his samples had been changed sometime ago. He doesn't seem all that disturbed by it, really.]
Well, no, but I am a generous man. Take as much as you would like, Doof! That vaccine is useless to me now.
[Even here, he doesn't seem particularly threatening. He's just smiling as always, barely moving a step from where he stood.]
